John Kirkwood is a good doctor but the girls that work behind the front desk are the worst ever. They are very rude and i had to wait for two hours one day because they crossed my name out and i was still in the waiting room. Every time i call they are rude and when i leave and want to make an appointment they seem to get aggravted because they have to stop talking to each other and do their job. Ive made an appointment over the phone and when i got there i was never put in the computer.
